What Is EK1 App?
EK1 App is the Android application for EK1 Game. The home screen displays the account balance, game lobby, promotions and shortcuts for Menu, Ranking, Get Cash, VIP and Earn.
Open My Profile for Notifications, Balance Records, Account & Security, Live Support, Gifts, Settings, Ticket and Logout. The side menu provides access to Crash, JILI, Fishing, Evolution, KoolBet, iNOUT, Casino, Slots, Poker, Sports and ICG.

The EK1 Game App combines the game lobby and account tools in one Android interface. To find a feature, start from the home screen: choose Menu for games, My Profile for account settings, or the balance area for Wallet options.

How to Navigate EK1 App
The home screen shows the balance area, gifts shortcut and the bottom navigation. Tap Menu to view game categories; open My Profile for account settings and records.

EK1 App Login and My Profile
First-time EK1 account access uses a registered mobile number and an SMS verification code. After verifying the number, users can manage their account from My Profile.
First-Time Mobile Verification
- Enter the registered mobile number in EK1 App.
- Tap Send Code and enter the received SMS code.
- Continue to the home screen after verification.
Set Your EK1 Login Password
Open My Profile → Account & Security → Login Password, then:
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Request and enter the verification code.
- Create a password of 8–32 characters.
- Enter it again under Confirm Password and save.

Balance Records and Live Support
Balance Records help you review recorded account activity. Live Support is available for unresolved account or transaction questions. Never give anyone your SMS code or password.
EK1 App Wallet: Deposit and Withdrawal
EK1 Wallet has separate Deposit and Withdraw tabs. Select the correct one before entering payment or bank details.
Deposit in EK1
- Payment methods: Review the Paytm, PhonePe and QR Code options displayed in your account.
- Before paying: Check the selected payment method, instructions and destination carefully.
- After paying: Review Wallet and Balance Records before attempting another deposit.

Withdrawal and Bank Details
Open Wallet → Withdraw. If a bank account is not linked, use + Bank or Add Card to enter the account holder's name, account number and 11-character IFSC.
- Bank account: Enter the account holder name, account number and 11-character IFSC.
- Balance: Review Withdrawable Balance separately from Cash Balance.
- Limits and conditions: Check the amount available, daily limit, any fees and wagering requirements shown before requesting a withdrawal.

How to Download, Install and Open EK1 App

EK1 App Latest Version and Updates
Before updating, compare the installed EK1 version with the download offered on the EK1 Latest Version page. The current website APK details are shown in the information table above.
- Check the current installed version in Android App info or the app's available details.
- Obtain the intended EK1 update package.
- Confirm the file finished downloading and that storage is available.
- Open it through the Android installer and review any update prompt.
- After installation, open EK1 and check account access.

EK1 App Not Working? Common Fixes
First Checks for Slow or Unresponsive EK1 App
- Internet: Check Wi-Fi or mobile-data stability.
- Storage: Keep free space available for app data.
- Background apps: Close other demanding apps if memory is limited.
- Restart: Close and reopen EK1 after a temporary freeze.
- Transactions: Check Balance Records before repeating a payment request.
EK1 App Shows a Black or Blank Screen
First check whether the issue appears on the game lobby or only while opening a specific title. Switch between a working Wi-Fi connection and mobile data to test connectivity, then close and reopen the app. If the screen stays blank, restart the device, check free storage and verify that the installed app is not awaiting an update. Avoid clearing app data until you have confirmed you can sign in again.
EK1 App Freezes or Closes Unexpectedly
Close other memory-intensive apps, restart EK1 and retry the same screen once. If the crash begins after an update, check the installed version and the Android error message. Try Android Settings → Apps → EK1 → Storage → Clear cache, where available; this is different from Clear storage/data, which may remove local settings or require a fresh sign-in.
EK1 App Stuck on Loading or Network Error
Check whether other apps and websites connect normally. If only EK1 is affected, reopen the app and test another lobby category. If the issue is limited to one game, report that game's name and the error message through Live Support. Do not repeat payments while an account screen is loading; confirm any earlier transaction in Balance Records first.
EK1 Notifications or Permissions Not Working
Open Android Settings → Apps → EK1 → Notifications to see whether notifications are enabled. Under App permissions, review only the permissions needed for the feature you are using. Android menus can vary by device. If an expected prompt is missing, reopen the relevant app feature after checking its permission state.
How to Report an App Problem Clearly
When contacting Live Support or creating a Ticket, include the screen or game name, the exact error text, the approximate time it occurred and whether it happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both. For wallet issues, include the relevant transaction reference but never send passwords or SMS verification codes.
EK1 OTP Not Received
Confirm the registered number, SIM and SMS reception. Enter the current verification code exactly as received. Use Live Support if delivery repeatedly fails.
Login Password Not Working
Confirm you are using the correct registered number. If no password has been created, complete mobile verification first. Use the available account recovery options rather than trying unrelated credentials.
Wallet Balance Not Updating
Check the correct Wallet tab and Balance Records before repeating an action. For an unresolved deposit or withdrawal, use Live Support with the relevant transaction details.
EK1 Account Security and Responsible Gaming
If you use the EK1 App on a shared device, use the available Logout option when finished. Before entering a verification code, check that the request comes from the account action you started; do not share codes with anyone claiming to offer support.
